Our Commitment
Mountain Storage is committed to making our website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe storage should be easy to rent and easy to manage for everyone, and that starts with a website anyone can use.
The Standard We Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the international standard for making web content more accessible to people with auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech, and visual disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We do not claim perfect conformance. Parts of our site may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are working to close those gaps.
What We’ve Done
The current Mountain Storage website has been built with accessibility in mind, including:
- Semantic HTML structure with clear headings, landmarks, and labels
- A “Skip to main content” link on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users
- Alternative text on informative images
- Accessible form labels and required-field indicators on the contact form
- Visible keyboard focus states for interactive elements
- Color contrast intended to meet WCAG AA for body text and primary UI
- ARIA attributes where they improve the experience for assistive technology
Third-Party Content
Some features on our site are provided by third parties and may not fully meet the same accessibility standards. These include our live chat widget (tawk.to), the WebSelfStorage reservation flow, and the StorageAffiliatePayments.com payment portal. If you encounter a barrier when using any of these features, please contact us using the information below and we will work with you to complete your request by another means.

Phone and Appointment Hours
Mon, Thu–Sat: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tue–Wed: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sun: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Staff is on call during these hours but may not be physically in the office. No walk-ins; please call ahead for in-person help.
Gate access: 24 hours for existing tenants
