This Website does not require user accounts for general browsing or reservation submissions. Reservations are submitted as guest transactions. Any account or login functionality related to your storage lease or bill payment is managed by our third-party provider, WebSelfStorage, and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Mountain Storage reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel reservations in its sole discretion.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Mountain Storage makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to the Website or the materials contained on the Website. Additionally, nothing contained on the Website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.
THE WEBSITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED BY MOUNTAIN STORAGE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. 6. Applicable Law
By visiting our website, you agree that the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us shall be exclusively decided in Garland County, AR.

- Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
- Publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
- Using the Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to the Website;

- Using the Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;

Mountain Storage is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using the Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis.
11. Assignment
Mountain Storage shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations.

These Terms also attach and incorporate our Privacy Policy terms.
13. Promotional Offers
Mountain Storage may offer promotional pricing from time to time. The “75% OFF your first two months with autopay” promotion is available to new tenants on eligible storage units only, requires enrollment in automatic payment, and applies to the first two months of a new lease. Outdoor parking is excluded. The promotion does not include required insurance, taxes, late fees, administrative fees, optional services, or other non-rent charges. Insurance is required for all storage rentals. Customers may use qualifying homeowners or renters insurance, or purchase month-to-month coverage through SafeStor, with plans starting at $8.95/month. Offers may be subject to availability and additional terms, cannot be combined unless approved by Mountain Storage, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
